Samsung launches Galaxy Xcover Pro rugged smartphone with a removable battery


Electronic device manufacturer, Samsung launches its Galaxy Xcover Pro rugged smartphone quietly without any prior information about this smartphone. The Galaxy Xcover Pro is a rugged smartphone from Samsung which comes with rugged design, big screen and powerful 4,050 mAh removal battery.

The Samsung Galaxy Xcover Pro is yet another rugged smartphone in the market with decent specification, but it comes with Android Pie pre-installed. These almost all the new phones are coming with the Android 10 operating system, but the Galaxy Xcover Pro comes with the Android Pie pre-installed.

The Samsung Galaxy Xcover Pro is a rugged smartphone designed keeping durability in mind, so that it can be used in harsh conditions. This phone is coming with a MIL-STD-810 certification.

The new smartphone Samsung Galaxy Xcover Pro will come with octa-core Exynos 9611 chipset, 4 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of internal storage. This phone also supports extra storage via microSD card. The screen size of this device is big and comes with a 6.3-inch LCD display. There is a punch hole notch in this phone.

There is a huge battery power with this phone which is good for running phone at long time. The Samsung Galaxy Xcover Pro comes with 4,050 mAh battery that also supports 15W fast charging. This phone comes with IP68 water and dust resistance rating.

The primary camera is dual camera setup with a  25-megapixel wide and 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The front camera is designed for taking selfie and comes with a 13-megapixel sensor.

Currently this phone is available in Finland, but still there no information as to when it will be available for other parts of the world. The price of Samsung Xcover Pro will be around €499 and it will be available in the European market by February.
